Adding an Alarm Profile to a Sensor
Sensor alarm actions can be set to follow a specific alarm profile. This allows alarm actions to be amended to suit the needs of the business and system users.
A sensor can only be attached to one profile at a time; however, many sensors can be attached to the same profile, see Alarm Profiles.
Route to attaching an alarm profile to a sensor:
SITE=> SELECT DEVICE=> DEVICE DETAIL PAGE=> ALARM=> Edit

Attaching a Profile
- Click the alarm profile drop down menu.
- Select the required pre-configured profile to link to.
- Press submit, the alarm section updates and shows the profile the sensor will follow.
Changing to Another Profile
Repeat Steps 1 to 3 above, selecting the new profile to link to.
