DATAssure Vaisala CO2 Monitoring

The probe kit enables users to monitor their environment CO2 level, via the Planer DATAssure system.

Each kit comprises a wireless transmitter (868 MHz or 2.4 GHz), a 4-20mA Smart cable sensor and a Vaisala Carbon Dioxide monitor sensor. The sensor can be installed in a room environment, along with certain equipment that allows access for the GMP251 sensor (shown in images). There are two cables available, one standard (round) cable or the alternative (Flat) cable that allows access to more difficult applications. The sensor is then linked to the DATAssure base station in the usual fashion. Once wired the CO2 probe will constantly monitor carbon dioxide levels in the room or equipment and the DATAssure system will alert users if any alarm is triggered.

ESHRE 2024

Earlier this month some of the Planer team flew out to Amsterdam for the ESHRE 40th Annual Meeting. Building on the success of last year, it was great to be exhibiting alongside the Hamilton Thorne Group, we loved catching up with our colleagues from Hamilton Thorne, IVFtech and Gynemed. The team were kept busy throughout the congress, with discussions and interest in all our services and products. 

Following the success of this year, we have already begun planning for ESHRE 2025. Next year the congress will take place in Paris on the 29 June - 2 July. Make sure you put the dates in your diaries, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Kitazato Vitrification Workshop 

Yesterday we ran our first in-house Kitazato Vitrification Workshop at our headquarters in Sunbury-on-Thames.  

A big thank you to the 7 participants from Care Fertility, Birmingham Women’s Hospital and Wolfson Fertility Centre who joined us for an enriching experience. The day included an insightful tour of our headquarters, an informative presentation, and a hands-on workshop in our state-of-the-art demo lab.
