SHREG 2022, the Meeting of the Scottish Human Reproduction and Embryology Group, will be taking place this year in the beautiful city of discovery, Dundee. The city is well known for its cutting-edge design credentials – Captain Scotts’ vessel, the RRS Discovery, was built and is now berthed there. Dundee is also the UK’s only UNESCO City of Design, which recognises its diverse contributions to medical research, comics, video games and more.

The latest in the field of ART
The SHREG 2022 meeting will take place on 22nd April -23rd April at the Apex City Quay Hotel and is organised by colleagues in the School of Medicine, University of Dundee and the Assisted Conception Unit, Ninewells Hospital. Over the two days, there will be fertility specialists presenting on a range of topics, including Professor Juan Garcia Velasco, Director of IVI Madrid considering “When should the “freeze-all” strategy be applied instead of fresh embryo transfer” and Dr Kalpana Ragupathy, Consultant Gynaecologist at Ninewells Hospital Dundee talking on “Fertility – integral to gynaecology cancer survivorship’. During the conference, there will also be plenty of opportunities to network with fertility experts from around the world and to exchange the latest ideas and methods in the field of ART.
